Lawyer’s fee
Fees are established giving due consideration to the work carried out, the complexity and importance of the matter, the responsibility assumed by the lawyer, the final outcome and the client’s circumstances and means.
The firm’s hourly rate ranges from CHF 450 to CHF 600, excluding VAT, depending in particular on the complexity of the matter.
The additional costs and expenses in connection with the case are billed separately. Other fee models may be established (pactum de palmario; lump-sum fee).
